Who we are

What we collect
This website doesn't use forms, analytics or advertising cookies. If you email us, we keep your name, email address, company name and anything else you tell us, so we can respond to your enquiry and, if you choose, provide our services.
Baseline reviews
If you ask for a baseline review, we access your Microsoft 365 tenant configuration, with your permission, to produce a gap report. That access is read-only, time-limited and removed once the review is complete. We look at security settings and configuration, and we keep the report and the findings behind it only as long as needed to discuss them with you, or as part of our service if you become a customer.
Who else is involved in running this site
- Cloudflare hosts the site and processes basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages and protect against attacks.
Lawful basis and retention
We rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries, and on contract when we provide services. We keep enquiry emails, and any baseline review findings for businesses that don't become customers, for 12 months and then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep records for as long as our agreement requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, at any time. Email hello@base365.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
