Managed IT service
£50 per user, per month + VATon a 12-month agreement
Prefer no commitment? £60 per user, per month + VAT on a rolling monthly agreement, with 30 days' notice.

Project time
£100 per hour + VAT
- Bought in advance as a block of hours
- Used for migrations, office moves, rollouts and other one-off work
- A time log showing where every hour went
- Available to managed customers and one-off project customers
Work out your monthly cost
The managed service moves in step with your headcount. Add a user and the bill goes up by one user's price. Someone leaves, it goes down.
£1,000 per month + VAT
Saves £2,400 a year compared with rolling monthly.
Microsoft 365 Business Premium licences are billed separately at Microsoft's price.

Charged separately
- Microsoft 365 licences. Billed at Microsoft's price.
- Projects. Larger one-off work uses project time at £100 per hour + VAT.
- On-site work. Booked as project time. Remote support is included; visits are not.
- Travel and expenses. Added to the quote at cost, so you see the full price first.
- Hardware and optional extras. Laptops, networking kit and services like 24/7 threat monitoring, all quoted before you buy. Kit we recommend.
The small print, in plain English
- 12-month agreement
- £50 per user, per month + VAT, with the per-user price fixed for 12 months. When it ends, it moves to rolling monthly at £60 + VAT unless you renew. We'll get in touch before then so you can choose.
- Rolling monthly
- £60 per user, per month + VAT. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
- Adding and removing users
- Your bill follows your headcount. Add a user and it goes up; remove one and it goes down.
- On-site work
- Booked as project time at £100 per hour + VAT. Travel and expenses are added to the quote at cost, so you see the full price before you agree.
